Description Greenberg Traurig is seeking an associate for its Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group in Minneapolis to join a nation-wide team working on complex restructuring transactions. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience, including in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. In addition, applicants should be team-oriented, possess top academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a high attention to detail.
