Associate Special Situations Group | 15

The Special Situations Group of the Corporate Department is seeking a Boston or New York based mid-level associate. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience working with private funds and creditors on special situations transactions, including debt and equity investments in distressed companies, distressed asset acquisitions, purchases of loan portfolios and/or challenging financings. A successful candidate will have sophisticated experience in one or more of the following: finance, private equity or bankruptcy. Ropes & Gray is an equal opportunity employer.
