Bankruptcy Litigation Associate | 6

Our Phoenix office seeks a highly motivated bankruptcy/litigation associate with three to six years of experience representing primarily creditors in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and creditors’ rights litigation. Real estate and finance litigation experience is preferred. This candidate will practice in various bankruptcy courts, state courts, and federal courts throughout the country and will be expected to manage cases related to real estate, hospitality, retail, and restaurant related bankruptcies and litigation for clients ranging from private equity groups, to REITs, and hotel operators. Qualified candidates will have superior academic credentials, communication skills, and written work product. Active bar license in Arizona is preferred.
